The majority of emergent situations can be handled by Dr. Latta and his staff, but if a dental specialist is needed we will refer you to a carefully vetted colleague who applies the same professional principles in their office that we do in ours. Dr. Latta has established relationships with the best dental and medical practitioners in the Tyler area through his more than 25 years in practice.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We also offer the option to pay using CareCredit, a healthcare credit card system. Application can be made online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within two to four weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
We respect and understand that many patients experience dental anxiety. At our office, we do everything we can to make sure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible. By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we are often able to alleviate dental fear. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation for patients that desire this service.
